DartSpeak grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. DartSpeak reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App uses voice recognition technology to record scores. Accuracy may vary depending on device quality and environmental conditions. You acknowledge that DartSpeak is not liable for scoring discrepancies.
Online multiplayer features require an active internet connection. DartSpeak is not responsible for interruptions, latency, or data charges incurred during gameplay.
Training features are intended for personal skill development. DartSpeak does not guarantee performance improvements or professional-level accuracy.
All content, trademarks, and software associated with DartSpeak are the property of DartSpeak Ltd. or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DartSpeak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
DartSpeak may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
